I am a professional organizing consultant. I will help you solve problems
in
your home or office and teach you the necessary skills needed
to get things organized by following basic organizing
principles.
I'm a member of NAPO... (National Association of Professional Organizers)
the premier organizing
authority, and I have over ten years of organizing experience.
I have attended various
seminars, workshops, educational classes
and NAPO conferences pertaining to the professional organizing and consulting
field.
I will help you conquer the clutter and
simplify your life to create a pleasant
and stress free environment!
I have a passion for decorating and a flair for
style. Decorating is a fun and easy
way to create great energy and beauty in any environment. I have
always enjoyed
the challenges of decorating any space. There are basic principles to follow when
decorating.
Through the training that I've received from the QC Design School
I
have a greater knowledge and understanding of how to apply those principles and
deliver balance and harmony
in your space, while helping you to discover our own
individual style. Together, we'll create a great new look
you will love!
I
have recently added themed decorating as an option for my clients. If you are
thinking about throwing a party
or just want your space to feel festive for an
upcoming holiday or event and don't have the time or desire to decorate,
why not
hand it over to me? I'll take care of it for you. Whether it's a holiday get together,
a summer BBQ or a special birthday party, whatever the celebration, I will do as
little or as much decorating as
you would like!
I am a certified color consultant and graduate through the QC Design School.
My training consists of
basic and advanced color theory and color psychology,
creating color schemes and custom color selections, understanding
color values
and choosing coordinating textiles, wall treatments, etc... Color is personal and
subjective
and can have a strong effect on people emotionally and physically. By
painting a room, or house for that matter, you will change the dynamics and the
feeling
of the space overall! During the color consulting
process, I will guide you
through the steps of discovering your own personal palette of color that will look
and feel great!
Creating the right flow in any space is important. Sometimes it can be difficult to
efficiently
and creatively make the most out of your living or working environment.
'Planning' your space is essential when placing
your furniture, accessories, etc...
For example, if the furnishings are positioned and put a certain way in a room
it will
create a welcoming invitation or flow into that room... and on the flip side, if there is
a lack
of flow it might keep people from wanting to enter that room or business at
all. With space planning,
you create a more functional space that has flow and
balance as well as adding beauty and appeal to the environment.
Because of my
certification and experience I will help you to create the perfect flow of energy, by
planning your space with style!
I am certified in real estate staging and have earned my ASP designation
'Accredited Staging Professional'
through Staged Homes. As an ASP stager and
consultant I am trained in the practices, policies, procedures and have the skills
necessary to serve both the public and the real estate community in home staging.
I am also a current member of
IAHSP... (International Association of Home Staging
Professionals). In today's market it can be very difficult to sell your home. There is
so much competition out there.
