owners and agents who are hesitant to invest in staging that they might consider how staging a home for sale, is
like detailing a car. If you want to sell your car for top dollar you wouldn't think twice about giving it the
best 'detail' possible. Knowing that by doing so, the car will show better to any potential buyer and increase
your chances of selling it for more money. The same is with home staging. It's detailing your home to ensure that
you will get top dollar from a potential buyer.

your house, are two different things. Staging is not decorating, therefore it has nothing to do with a sellers personal
taste. Decorating, personalizes a home. Staging to sell, is de-personalizing it. It is so
important for potential buyers to be able to visualize themselves living in the home, that you want to sell them.
The work of staging is done in steps.
At our first meeting, we will do a walk through of the property and assess whether or not I will be creating a bid,
'Proposal Report' or a consultation, 'Comprehensive Staging Report' for
either the client or the agent.
- Proposal Report, is the written service agreement that outlines
what staging work is to be
completed and how much it will cost
the homeowner or agent to have me do the work outlined therein.
- Comprehensive Staging Report, is the
detailed report that will
guide the homeowner or agent through the necessary steps or
to stage the property themselves.
